Service Pack 1 for Workbench and IVPro 10. Two important features of this update are;

• The conversion of documents to pdf format at the approval and review stages of the document cycle.
• The ability to annotate documents when raising a change request and when viewing a document.

Workbench Professional customers will need a new licence to take advantage of the new features, whereas Quality Workbench customers should contact their Account Manager. The zip file is available from the Downloads section and includes full release notes.
