This Hotfix corrects problems found in rare circumstances whereby some database queries run by Workbench are not returning results as expected.
This applies mainly to newly created databases and will not generally affect existing customers.  No workflow is affected and existing data integrity is preserved. Problem areas include marking a document ready for approval, marking a document ready for issue and approve unassigned document. In these cases a number of other criteria need to be met before any issues are apparent. These problematic queries have been changed and the areas are now returning the expected results.
