Our absolute golden rule: "We don't produce bespoke versions of our software"

Our software suite however has a historical pedigree based on user suggested modification and development. We have a very active wishlist system, that allows users to makes suggestions for future modifications and features. This is totally free and part of our commitment to our software and our customers.

We have also carried out modifications on a specific project basis. Many of our major corporate clients require specific features adding to make the software work that little bit closer with the way they do and we have carried it out on a commecial basis as a timescaled project.

It is very cost effective for you and as long as the integrity of the product is not compromised, we will happily quote for such work.

Whatever we do under this aegis, it will become part of the standard software so that it is supported over time and to ensure we only have a single codebase.

We have also written custom utilities for our clients to help them with their business.

It may be that your request is already in the development timescale anyway - or that a smaller modification of a planned feature would achieve your goals. We may choose to part-fund the project if this is the case.
