Pulling everything together
To maximise your investment in our products, we offer a number of standard training courses, all of which can be customised to your requirements. It is usual to begin with a three day course for the main system administrators, followed by further training as appropriate.
In larger companies, we are often asked to spend a day with key people to plan the implementation and training schedule, identifying requirements and milestones for the project. We can also provide a consultant to review progress at various points throughout the project. Please contact us if you have any queries.

ReportQuest is our custom reporting tool used to create bespoke reporting on the system.
ReportQuest Beginner
ReportQuest I, is an intensive training course/workshop which describes the use and operations of the Workbench Report and Query Generator. Several Reports are created through a series of practical sessions using delegates' own information. Delegates explore the features and functions of the software and will be able to create reports to suit their needs.
The course is one day and for four or less people.
ReportQuest II, is an intensive training course/workshop and consultancy which describes the use and operations of advanced features and functions within ReportQuest.
