The standard Desktop Monitor software will be available as part of your networked Workbench system - prices to be arranged. The Professional version is available as an upgrade with licence packs to suit all sizes of organisation.

Desktop Monitor:
What does the Desktop Monitor do?
The Desktop Monitor comes in two versions. The "Standard" version and the "Professional" version.
The Standard version allows your users to install it on their Microsoft Windows PC and it will alert them of any new tasks or notification from the Workbench system. They can see a visual graph of their workload and action their tasks from the ease of this small application.
The Professional version provides all the same functionality of the Standard version, but provides much more powerful features such as integrating with Microsoft Outlook and many powerful output options so you can pass your workload information out as either web compliant HTML format, or as a file for import into Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Outlook
support gives you the ability to add key Workbench tasks to either your Outlook Calender or the Task list in Outlook. You can then move these reminders if necessary or schedule them to remind you prior to the date / time of the task.
Both versions also have a Workload monitor showing a graphical representation of your tasks in the system.
