All data must obviously be entered in a common language (usually English) if you are running it across multiple countries, but it means your staff can view the application in their native language.

How about changing "process map" to "procedural flow" or perhaps "Process Control" to "Prozeßsteuerung" or "control de proceso" or "contrôle du processus de cycle" - your choice!
