ISO9001 and TickIT
During 1998 Ideagen gained certification in both ISO9001 and TickIT following audits by assessment body Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The company has recently moved to the new ISO9001:2000 standard.

IdeaGen's own Quality Systems are, of course, administered using Workbench Professional .
During both the initial and subsequent follow up audits the company had no non-conformities or observations raised against it, a testament to the stability and functionality of the Workbench software.
IdeaGen is one of the few suppliers of Quality Management Systems software to itself have acquired a certification. A case of practising what one preaches!
