Actions and Tasks
All significant actions, notifications and tasks are driven by the software using either the internal mail system or using your Microsoft Outlook or Notes system

Automatic response
The emails from the Workbench system are automatic and you may choose to send absolutely every notification and task or choose which ones are important in your organisation.
More importantly, the users don't have to then leave their email and open our software up. They can simply and easily use the attachement on the email to take them straight to the appropriate software dialog to carry out that action - it's that easy and it of course means that training for the majority of users is kept to a minimum and excuses for not carrying out those tasks are a thing of the past.
Personal Settings and Personal History
Depending on the levels of security allocated at the system level, the user may see and control their own preferences and settings.
Choose Native Language - with support for different dictionaries you may have French and German screens as well as the Native English - all using the same system.
You can delegate and forward emails in your absence.
You can customise the display to show the fields you need. Filter the display down to those to ensure you keep an eye on the factors important to you.
You can see your own personal history trail of every significant action you have performed on the
system.
As a manager you can see every significant action for any staff that is TIME and DATE stamped.
If you need to prove that someone has or hasn't performed those critical actions, you can now see at a glance the sequence of events and actions for any specific task.
User security can be managed with optional forced password changes and password parameters set to conform to particular constraints.

We don't simply "grey-out" menu items. They are completely removed so the user sees what you want them to see.
