During 1998 Ideagen gained certification in both ISO9001 and TickIT following audits by assessment body Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The company has recently moved to the new ISO9000:2000 standard.
IdeaGen's own Quality Systems are, of course, administered using Workbench Professional
During both the initial and subsequent follow up audits the company had no nonconformities or observations raised against it, a testament to the stability and functionality of the Workbench software.
IdeaGen is one of the few suppliers of Quality Management Systems software to itself have acquired a certification. A case of practising what one preaches!
IdeaGen is only one of many companies who have been successfully certified based on
systems implemented using Workbench. See the Customers Area for more examples.
In December 2005, IdeaGen went through it's latest re-accreditation audit by DNV and
is
proud to have easily retained our certification for the next three years.

IdeaGen Software limited underwent a successful management buy-out in June 2004.
Since the subsequent re-organisation IdeaGen has gone from strength to strength and has committed to a five-year plan to consolidate our position as the UK's leading software for business, document and process management.
Tony Saunders, MD of IdeaGen Software has strong ideas about customer commitment:
As a company we have always listened to our client's suggestions. Our product range is testament to both that and the business direction of the wide variety of industry sectors that use our software. We will, however, be building on this by introducing new functionality and modules such as Risk Assessment. Flexibility and scaleability will be our watchwords as we aim to partner more closely with existing applications and third-party systems.
