During 1998 Ideagen gained certification in both ISO9001 and TickIT following audits by assessment body Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The company has recently moved to the new ISO9000:2000 standard.

During both the initial and subsequent follow up audits the company had no nonconformities or observations raised against it, a testament to the stability and functionality of the Workbench software.
IdeaGen is one of the few suppliers of Quality Management Systems software to itself have acquired a certification. A case of practising what one preaches!
In December 2008, IdeaGen went through it's latest re-accreditation audit by DNV and
is proud to have easily retained our certification for the next three years.
